Not Your Gender Stereotype tee

This week in the studio we have worked on a whole bunch of interesting projects, including a selection of really great feminist organisations and independent brands. We love being involved with projects and designs that we are passionate about, and this week’s jobs have been particularly special. Here’s a look at our favourite prints from this week at Print Syndicate – check them out below:

STAMP (Stamp Out Media Patriarchy) is a fantastic project set up by the Lanarkshire Rape Crisis Centre. The project is run by young people for young people, with the mission of tackling gender stereotyping in the media, and encouraging positive engagement through social media to raise awareness of these issues. We knocked up this design specially for the team at STAMP – and they look super smart. Check em’ out below:

These two colour screen printed tees feature the slogan “Not Your Gender Stereotype”, printed in orange and purple inks. The team at STAMP have opted for Gildan Softstyle tees in Dark Heather, which are a mix of polyester and cotton – creating a textured effect.

You can follow LRCC’s STAMP project via their Facebook page here for all of their updates, and for more information on how you can get involved.

Skatanist is an independent, women’s skate-wear brand. They are roller derby owned and operated, and based in London. Check out the new snap back caps we just printed for them:

These black snap backs feature the Skatanist logo on the front, and the pentagram print on the under side of the peak – both of which have been heat pressed on our special cap press.

If you haven’t heard of Skatanist then you should definitely check them out. You can hit them up over at their Etsy shop here for a look at all of their rad tees, patches, caps and accessories.

If you have your own independent clothing/apparel brand and are in need of advice, or a print run then please get in touch with us here and we’d love to discuss your project. You can also keep up with all the goings on here at Print Syndicate via our Facebook and Twitter pages for all of our deals and updates. Have a happy weekend!
